HANDS LLC OF ROWAN seeks to employ Direct Support Staff for adults with IDD.
You must pass a background check and a healthcare registry check. PRN Part-time must work 2 weekends out of the month and are able to pick up shifts during the week as needed. You are not guaranteed a certain number of hours each week, as hours may fluctuate from month to month. Your shifts can vary from 2nd to 3rd shift, and you will be cross-trained on all 3 homes.

Job description:
HANDS LLC OF ROWAN seeks to employ Direct Support Staff for adults with IDD. You must pass a background check and a healthcare registry check. This shift is 7 am to 3 pm Monday through Friday. Starting October 1st, all day program workers will be required to work one weekend out of the month at the residential housing.
This position has an emphasis is instructional (training individuals) in nature, rather than custodial. (doing for the individuals).

HANDS LLC OF ROWAN seeks to employ a Direct Support Staff for adults with IDD. For our newly licensed home. You must pass a background check and a healthcare registry check.
2nd shift position, 3 pm-11 pm, every other weekend.
3rd Shift, 11 pm 7 am, every other weekend.
The primary responsibility of the Residential Direct Support is to provide training and supervision of HANDS OF ROWAN, LLC individuals residing in the Residential Program. This para-professional position provides specialized daily training and assistance with training on projects in the residential facility, community, as well as training on behavior management techniques.
