HANDS LLC OF ROWAN provides community-based housing to adults with intellectual disabilities.

The vision of HANDS LLC OF ROWAN is simple: “We believe no matter what walk of life a person came from, they deserve an opportunity to succeed”. The standards of practice are used to fulfill our vision and bring our mission to the forefront.

Teamwork: working together for one common goal. The well-being of the person is supported
Relationships: We build solid relationships by actively listening, being honest, and upholding mutual respect with and from all parties.
Support Staff: Professional, well-trained, but above all, compassionate about the success of the people they support.
Collaboration: It takes a village to support a person. With the collaboration of others, we ensure that a person being supported can learn from an entire community.
